Following the sending of a letter from the Bar Associations across the country to the heads of the legislative and judicial branches, in which they expressed their concern about the approval of the comprehensive plan for admission and training of lawyers and the representatives and citizens in favor of this plan were unaware of the situation. Ahmad Tavakoli sent a letter to the Speaker and members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly in defense of the comprehensive plan for admission and training of lawyers, saying that this plan is in the public interest and the prosperity of legal services, which can break the monopoly, generalize citizenship. The selection of a lawyer and the avoidance of corruption should be caused by conflicts of interest, and the parliament should not be asked to succumb to pressure.
